We released players list of main event of GP Nagoya 2018. Please confirm that there is no mistake in turn with the member. If you make a mistake, please come to main event judge station from 15:00-20:00 on 12th, 8:00-8:30 on 13th. (blue balloon)

Grand Prix Updates

2018 has brought some changes to Grand Prix events that we think will be great for players! You can read our Fact Sheet to get all the details, but here’s a quick summary of what’s new:
・Team events will have 8 rounds on Day 1 and 6 rounds on Day 2.
・Teams with 18 points (6-2 or equivalent) or more will qualify for Day 2.

Regarding of Grand Prix Nagoya Official Playmat
There is a situation that the Kansai International Airport can not be temporarily used due to the damage of typhoon 21,
Because of that influence arrival of playmat has been delaying.
Regarding deliveries after 18:30 Saturday 13th.
We apologize in advance for causing inconvenience.

Grand Prix Nagoya is a Team Limited event, so we’ll have not one, not two, but THREE exclusive Ultra PRO playmats with beautiful Magic art! The playmats feature the art from Guilds of Ravnica.
In Grand Prix Nagoya, the Official PlayMat is limited to 300 sets(3 types of sets).
It can be purchased with your registration at the main event and/or Fanatic package.
Please do not miss the chance of your purchase as the number of sheets is limited!!

Booth opening hours

・Times and subject to change depending on demand and artists'physical condition.
・Artists may leave their booth due to GP events or their reasons even if in signing sessions. The sessions will restart as soon as they return. 
・Depend on circumstances, sessions may not run smoothly, so we recommend stand in a queue with time to spare.
・You may not get sign even if you stand in a queue long time.

Request for sketching / card altering
・ If you want to get sketch or card altering, you need to wait in line and request to artists directly. Please understand that you may not get sketches depending on congestion and timing.
・ Each artists have discretion to your request.

About selling card to vender

All official venders are prohibited to buy cards at their booth.

About selling booster pack at vendor booth

From this Grand Prix Nagoya 2018, we decided not to sell the standard pack at the vendor booth.
This change will be adapted to overseas Grandprix.

There is no sale of this pack in Grand Prix Nagoya 2018.

Food Cart Area

We sell meals in the Grand Prix Nagoya 2018 Food service area.

・Matsuya(Gyumeshi[Beef on rice])
・K'sPit(Hamburger)
・Higashiyama garden(Tornado dog etc)

・Please discard the garbage of the purchased item to the dedicated trash box installed in front of the shop you purchased.
・You can eat only food service area.(No Duel・No Trade)
・The photos are samples so there may be changes on the day and so on.

Trading Info

TRADING GUIDELINES

Trading at Grand Prix Nagoya 2018 can only occur in the Trading Area.

Trading in ALL other areas of the Port Messe Nagoya is prohibited. Those players found trading outside the Trading Area may be asked to leave the premises and may not be allowed back in.

Everyone is welcome to trade cards with the goal of building decks for personal use or collecting their favorite cards.

Trading cards for the primary purpose of earning a profit or engaging in business is strictly prohibited. Likewise, selling or buying cards for cash or electronic payment is strictly prohibited. Engaging in either of these behaviours may result in being asked to leave the premises for the duration of the event.

TRADING AREA RULES

Before entering the Trading Area you will need to fill out a form with your name and DCI Number.
• Individuals may enter the Trading Area a maximum of three times per day.
• In the case of full occupation, we will make it a time system (1 hour once)
• Individuals may not have ANY prices on their cards
• Individuals may not use any websites or print outs for pricing cards
• Individuals may only engage in trades for cards for their personal use for gameplay. Excessively large trades (determined at staff discretion) will not be allowed.
• Any trades for cash, electronic funds, or payment of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Failure to follow these rules may result in ejection from the Grand Prix premises for the duration of the event.

Q. I have registered main event by online. Will I need to go to the venue on Friday? A.No, you don’t need to go to the venue on Friday. Q.Do I need gate receipts to enter the hall? A. No. You can enter the venue for free. Q.Do they buy cards/prizes? A.According to Japanese law, the Vender booth can NOT buy products. Q.What time does the venue open? A.Friday; 10:00-21:00 　Saturday and Sunday; 8:00-21:00 Q.Where is “Lost and found”? A. There is “Lost and found” in “Information counter”. 　If the venue closed, please contact us. 　taikai@bigmagic.net Q.Can I eat and drink in the venue? A.Yes,it’s OK. 　However, for other players, using the food court area is recommended.
