I want to sign my friend up for this event. Is that OK, and how can I do so? A. No we can not. It’s difficult to sign other player because we have a technical problem. Of course, we understand that we know it can be fun to purchase GP registration as a gift for someone else as well. However, we can not do in Shizuoka. Q. I chose "the bank transfer" payment by mistake! I want to change payment to credit card payment. A. Yes. You can change payment to credit card payment. https://ssl.bigmagic.net/ Q. I filled out information else incorrectly when I registered. What should I do? A. No problem. Until November 19th, you can e-mail taikai@bigmagic.net for correction. If you have received confirmation mail, please inform us your registration number too. After November 19th, you can change your information onsite. Please come to main event judge station during Friday 15:00-20:00 or Saturday 8:00-8:30 Q. How can I cancel? A. Application for cancellation can be done from here https://ssl.bigmagic.net/entries/profile 100% refund, until November 25th 50% refund, November 26th-27th 0％ refund , After November 28th And the fee generated at the time of refund will be borne by the customer. Q. Is on-site registration available? A. We offer on-site registration on Thursday at our Grand Prix events , but online registration is your best bet.
Q. When will you collect to the weaver? A. The weaver can be confirmed at the time of registration. Once you agree, it is over. *Minors must have a parent of guardian's signature on these forms. Download of Consent and Release is here. And Minors hand in the “information counter” until Saturday 8:45. Q. When can I get Promo? A. Promo card《Mutavault》are distributed on player meeting on Fri/Sat 9:00 AM. Or the information counter if you have Byes. The Area will be open around this follow Fri 10:00AM-20:00PM Sat 10:00AM-20:00PM Sun 10:00AM-18:00PM ＊Standard Promo are distributed only Sat and Sun. Q. If I register but can't attend on Saturday, can I still get the promo? A. You can get promo when you came to the venue during Grandprix Shizuoka 2018. Please go over to the "information counter". But we can not ship promo to you. Q. I won prizes in the main event of one of your Grand Prix events. How will I receive my prizes? A. Wizards of the Coast is responsible for all Grand Prix main event prizing. All prizes are paid through i-Payout. Q. When does the Main Event starts? What if I have byes? A. All our Grand Prix Main Events begin at 9 AM with the Player Meeting. If you have byes you will have free Sleep in Special, so you don't need to attend the Player Meeting If you have byes at a CONSTRUCTED Grand Prix: you can show up before the recommended times. If you do have byes, we recommend that you arrive at the venue at or before the following times based on your number of byes: 1 bye: 10 AM 2 byes: 11 AM 3 byes: 12 PM As a reminder, these times are only a suggestion, and it is your responsibility to arrive with enough time to build your deck before your first round of play. Q. When does the Main Event Day 2 starts? A. Day 2 starts at 9:30AM(Legacy) or 9:00AM(Standard) sharp! Make sure you get to the venue a little earlier to make sure you are not late for the start!
Q. I have Byes. Should I do? A. If you have byes, you have to online decklist submission before 9:00AM players meeting. Legacy https://ssl.bigmagic.net/Decks/legacy/ Standard https://ssl.bigmagic.net/Decks/standard/ Please remember that If you have Byes, you MUST submit your decklist either online or on paper before the Saturday player meeting at 9AM. Failure to do so, will have you receiving a Tardiness penalty for the event. Q. I don’t have Byes, should I do? We collect paper list Onsite: on Friday/Saturday morning at 9:00AM, during the player's meeting.

Q. Can I participate in multiple tournaments?
A. No, you can't. You will be asked to withdraw from the tournament and choose only one.
Q. When I was registration, staff said "Please activate your DCI number to wizards account ". What should I do?

Q. When will Planeswalker Point be added? A. It is generally within 1 week. Q. I noticed that the multiples magnification of points is different. What should I do? A. Some event will be reported by multiplier 1x, and then it will be changed to multiplier 3x. This process takes about 1 week. If the point multiplier has not been corrected after 1 week, please contact us. taikai@bigmagic.net Q. 1 week has passed but Planeswalker Point are not added. What should I do? A. Q. I have registered main event by online. Will I need to go to the venue on Thursday/Friday? A. No, you don’t need to go to the venue on Thursday/Friday. Q. Do I need gate receipts to enter the hall? A. No. You can enter the venue for free. Q. What time does the venue open? A. Thursday ; 10:00-21:00 Friday,Saturday and Sunday; 8:00-21:00 Q. Where is “Lost and found”? A. There is “Lost and found” in “Information counter”. If the venue closed, please contact us. taikai@bigmagic.net Q. Can I eat and drink in the venue? A. Yes,it’s OK. However, for other players, using the food court area is recommended.
Q. I have registered for both Legacy and Standard main event but I have advanced to Legacy Day2. Will Standard entry fee be refunded? If so, when? A. (Master package registration) Instead of refunding, we will give you 3 constructed fanatic coupon. (Normal registration) Yes, we will refund Standard entry fee. Either case, please come up to Information counter under the white baloon during the time below: Saturday 7pm - 9pm(when venue closes) Sunday 8am(when venue opens) - 7pm Q. I have registered for both Legacy and Standard main event and I advanced to Legacy Day2. Do I have to do something to drop from Standard main event? A. No, you do not have to do anything. Players will automatically be eliminated from Standard main event at the round according to how many byes they have. Only automatically eliminated players will receive fanatic coupon/refund. Q. I have registered for both Legacy and Standard main event and I advanced to Legacy Day2, and I have no byes for Standard. I'm still thinking whether I'll play Legacy or Standard. When is the deadline for dropping Legacy? A. Please report to Main Event Judge Station before 8:30am Saturday morning. Q. I have registered for both Legacy and Standard main event but I have advanced to Legacy Day2, and I have 2 byes for Standard main event. Can I play Legacy Day2 until Standard main event Round 3 starts, and choose whether to play Legacy or to play Standard? A. Yes you can. If you have 2 byes, you can drop Legacy before Standard Round 3 to move to Standard. If you wish to move to Standard, please report to Main Event Judge Station before Standard Round 3 starts. However, you may not join in multiple tournaments at same time. If a player with 2 byes registered for both Legacy and Standard, and did not drop Legacy before Standard Round 3 starts, they will automatically be eliminated from Standard at the beginning of Round 3(there will be no PWPs added for the Standard). CAUTION The deadline for dropping from Legacy changes according to the number of byes they have or to the actual tournament flow. Judge will announce the deadline each round, so be aware of announcements. Dropping from Legacy and moving into Standard after the deadline MAY NOT be accepted in any case.
Q. What does the Master Package consist of? A. Entry into Legacy and Standard the Grand Prix Main Events(as well as the other items included with entry) An exclusive playmat featuring seasonal “Urza’s Tower” art by Mark Poole! Entry into ANY 6 of our eligible Scheduled Constructed Side Events over the weekend The Grand Prix Fanatic playmat featuring the Mutavault Promo art. Q. What happens at the end of Day 1 of the Friday Grand Prix? A. With the Master Package, once Legacy Grand Prix Day 1 is over, you will have to decide what to do: 1- With 18 points or better, continue and play the Day 2（Legacy）, and get 3 extra coupons 2- Play Standard Grand Prix. Q. What if I make Day 2 of the Legacy Grand Prix? Do I get anything since I can't play in the Saturday Grand Prix? A. Yes! As a Master Package player, if you make Day 2 in Legacy Grand Prix and wish to continue in that event, we will issue 3 additional Scheduled Constructed Side Event coupons. You can collect them from the Information Booth after Saturday 14:00. Q. What is the refund policy? What if I miss or don't want to play in the 2nd GP? Do I get a refund? A. There are no partial refunds given for the Master Package! If you play in any of the events then you are no longer eligible for a refund for the package. If you pick up your swag, you are no longer eligible for a refund for the package. If you cancel the Grand Prix weekend entirely and do not collect your swag, then we will issue a refund, however, please contact to BIG MAGIC(taikai@bigmagic.net) until Nov,26th. Q. What if I didn't make Day 2 in Lagacy Grand Prix and I don't want to play in the Standard Grand Prix, do I still get the vouchers? A. Unfortunately, the vouchers are only for players that made Day 2 of Legacy Grand Prix, and have purchased the Master Package. Can I double-queue the Grand Prix Main Events? No. You can only remain active in one event at any given time. What this means is if you check in for Day 1 of the Standard GP, you are going to be dropped from the Legacy Grand Prix event. If you don’t have any Byes, you decide to play or drop at Main Event judge station until 8:30 on Saturday. If you have any Byes, you decide to play or drop at Main event judge station until that round of Standard. For example, in Shizuoka, if you want to play Standard, you should be dropped from Day 2 of the Legacy event.
Q. Can I sell cards to vendors? A. Yes.In GP Shizuoka, you can only sell cards to authorized vendors. Q. Can I sell prize cards acquired in GP Shizuoka? A. No. You can't sell to vebdors prize cards acquired in GP Shizuoka. Q. What I need anything whenn selling cards? A. You need presentation of identification(passport i.e).
There is no trade area in the venue of GP Shizuoka.Trading can only free duel area.
Everyone is welcome to trade cards with the goal of building decks for personal use or collecting their favorite cards.
Trading cards for the primary purpose of earning a profit or engaging in business is only permited to official vendors.Buying and selling cards with anyone other than official vendors is strictly prohibited.

*Trading other than free duei area is strictly prohibited.
*Spreading cards other than GP venue in Twin Messe(hallway,lobby,etc.)is also prohibited.
*Individuals may not have any prices on their cards.
*Individuals may not use any websites or print outs for pricing cards.
*Individuals may only engage in trades for cards for their personal use for gameplay.
*Excessively large trades (9 or more gards per trade) will not be allowed.
*Any trades for cash, electronic funds, or payment of any kind are strictly prohibited.
*The enforcement of all event policies is at the sole discretion of the CFB Events staff.
Failure to follow these rules may result in ejection from the Grand Prix premises for the duration of the event.

By visiting the event, visitors grant us a license for their portrait-usage rights.
