You must need to have your DCI number for your registration on main event.

Q. I want to sign my friend up for this event. Is that OK, and how can I do so?
A. No we can not.
It’s difficult to sign other player because we have a technical problem.
Of course, we understand that we know it can be fun to purchase GP registration as a gift for someone else as well. However, we can not do in Chiba.

Q. I registered Grand Prix, however I can not go to the venue. Could you change to register to my friend?
A. No we can not.

Q. I registered “Constructed Fanatic”, however I want to change Grand Prix ticket. Could you change?
A. No we can not.

Q. I chose "the bank transfer" payment by mistake! I want to change payment to credit card payment.
A. Yes.

Q.I filled out information else incorrectly when I registered. What should I do?
A. No problem.
Until July 29th, you can e-mail taikai@bigmagic.net for correction.
If you have received confirmation mail, please inform us your registration number too.
After July 29th, you can change your information onsite. Please come to main event judge station during Friday 3:00PM-8:00PM or Saturday 8:00AM-8:30AM

Q. How can I cancel?

And the fee generated at the time of refund will be borne by the customer.

Q. Is on-site registration available?
A. We offer on-site registration on Friday 12:00PM-7:00PM at main events , but online registration is your best bet.

Q. When will you collect to the weaver?
A. The weaver can be confirmed at the time of registration. Once you agree, it is over.
*Minors must have a parent of guardian's signature on these forms.

Q. When can I get Promo?
A. Textless Foil Promo Card《Lightning Bolt》will be taken at “Costumer Service” while 3 days.

Q. If I register but can't attend on Saturday, can I still get the promo?
A. You can get promo when you came to the venue during Magic Fest. Please go over to the “Costumer Service”.
But we can not ship promo to you.



Q.I won prizes in the main event of one of your Magic Fest events. How will I receive my prizes?
A. Wizards of the Coast is responsible for all Magic Fest main event prizing. All prizes are paid through “i-Payout”. Learn more here:

Q. When does the Main Event starts? What if I have byes?
A. All our Magic Fest Main Events begin at 9:00 AM with the Player Meeting.If you have byes you will have free Sleep in Special, so you don't need to attend the Player Meeting

If you do have byes, we recommend that you arrive at the venue at or before the following times based on your number of byes:
1 bye: 9:30-9:50 AM
2 byes: 10:00 -10:30 AM
3 byes: 11 :00 -11:30 PM


Q. How can I check the number of my byes?
There are 2 options.
A. On Friday at 3:00 pm, we will post a list of “Registered Players” which will include the numbers of byes for those players.
B. You can check how many byes you will have by accessing your Planeswalker Points account (www.planeswalkerpoints.com)

Enter your DCI number, Click on Yearly, and depending on the total points on the two most recent yearly seasons, you will earn byes for the Event.

*The cut for byes will be done the Wednesday before the event. Any points won on that Wednesday or later, will not modify the number of byes for the Grand Prix.

You can still earn 2 byes by winning any of the Last Chance Trials on the Friday of the MagicFest!


Q. When does the Main Event Day 2 starts?
A. Booster Draft on day 2 starts at 9:00AM sharp! Make sure you get to the venue a little earlier to make sure you are not late for the start!
