For the sale of Artist Goods at Players Convention , we will be implementing a purchase order lottery on the LINE app to reduce congestion, ensure safety, and expedite the lottery process.
Please carefully review the following information and ensure that there are no mistakes before submitting your application.
Sale only on Sunday, February 9th 2025.
About sales content and price Please check the sales details at the venue on the day. Some of the pre-arrived items are posted at the bottom of the page.
Individual prices are scheduled to be announced on the day.
Regarding the artist proofs posted on the homepage, we plan to price them between 5,000 yen and 200,000 yen.
In the future, we plan to have artists bring their own on the day, and there is a possibility that more expensive proofs will be lined up on the day.
We are asking the artists to please as many customers as possible.

About the meeting time of the numbered ticket
・If you have a numbered ticket 1 to 50, please come in front of the event stage by 10:05.
・If you have a numbered ticket 51 to 100, please come in front of the event stage at 10:20.
・If you have a numbered ticket 101 to 200, please come in front of the event stage at 10:40.
・If you have a numbered ticket 201 or later, please come in front of the event stage at 11:00.

Log in with your LINE account
After confirming the precautions, 許可する（Allow） the provision of profile information.
*You can apply for the lottery and check the results from the application URL even if you do not add friends or add to the home tab.
If you do not want to add friends, please uncheck 友達追加（Add Friends） on the screen above.
You can check the application status and results smoothly by adding friends to the LINE mini app matoca (waiting in line) or adding it to the home tab.
■STEP3
Confirm the sales date and tap エントリーする（Enter）
■STEP4
Application is completed.
After completing the lottery application, a notification message will be sent to your LINE account.
*Completion notification messages will be sent from your LINE Service Messages account.
* You can check the application status from matocaイベント（matoca event） → 整理券の確認（check numbered ticket） on the LINE app.
*One ticket can be issued per a LINE account ID at once.
* We will verify the lottery result screen during the lining up process and at the cash register.

*The lottery results will be delivered from the LINE Service Messages account.
If you don't receive the lottery result, you can also check it using the following methods.
・If you added the mini-app matoca（イベント）matoca (event) to the home tab during the application, tap ホーム（Home） → サービス（Services） → matoca（イベント）matoca (event) → 整理券の確認（Check numbered ticket） on LINE.
・Access the URL provided during the application process.
■STEP2
Lottery results will be displayed
*Results will be announced in the app at 10:00 am on the sales day.
【Precautions when purchasing】 *Please be sure to read.
・To avoid congestion, please do not gather in front of the event stage until the designated purchase order time.
・Purchase is limited to one item per person.(Excluding some products)
・Payment is cash only.
・The proofs for sale are for collection purposes only and cannot be used for playing tournaments, etc.
・Please gather in front of the event stage at the designated meeting time for each numbered ticket number on each day, and make a purchase after lining up in the order of the numbered ticket.
*Sales time may be later than the specified time.
【Notes on lottery】 *Please be sure to read.
・A LINE account is required to apply for the lottery.
・You can apply once a day per person.
*If we found that you have applied for multiple accounts, we would refuse the sale.
・If you come to the store outside the designated purchase time or if you are unable to confirm the numbered ticket on LINE, you will not be able to make a purchase.
・You cannot apply for the lottery outside the above schedule.
*Please note that we cannot respond after the deadline.
・Due to high traffic immediately after the start of the entry period and just before its end, there may be increased demand, which could make it challenging to access the application URL. We kindly ask you to allow ample time when submitting your entry.
・Please note that if the event could not be held due to unavoidable circumstances such as suspension caused by natural disasters or the new COVID-19 virus, the lottery results would be considered invalid.《Other precautions》*Please be sure to read. ・Depending on the congestion situation on the day, there is a possibility that the designated area may be changed during the event.
・Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other guests.
・We reserve the right to refuse the sale if there are dangerous behaviors such as running in the facility or behaviors that cause inconvenience to the neighbors.
・Please be careful not to disturb other customers when talking on your mobile phone/smartphone.
・No Photos or Videos Allowed with Mobile Phones or Smartphones.
