Registration	・Advance lottery registration. The maximum number of participants for each Session is 25. ・You need to register as a member of BIGWEB to apply for the lottery and make payment. If you do not have one,please register here.（Written in Japanese Only） ・Please purchase tickets in advance. Payment can be made by credit card or Amazon Pay. Paidy is no longer available due to system reasons. ・Although we use a system for online orders, there is no delivery to your home. Since we offer free shipping, you can choose any shipping method you like. ・As we are also using a mail order system, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, but we will also send you another email regarding the autograph session at a later date. ・Applications will be accepted from around noon on Decmber 20 (Fri) to 23:59 on January 5 (Sunday) 2025. ・We will send an email notifying you of the winner between January 6(Mon) and January(Fri) evening. ・After the notice, refunds will be processed for those who are not selected.
On the day	・As the time for each autograph session approaches, please come to the artist area. Please be sure to bring identification (1, 2 or more) that can confirm your name. If we cannot confirm your identity, we will refuse to hand over the ticket for any reason. In that case, we will not be able to process any refund for the ticket. ・Tickets are strictly prohibited from being resold to third parties or sold at auctions. Also, the ticket is only valid for the person who has been selected. Any resale is prohibited regardless of the reason or purpose. We do not accept exchanges for tickets obtained through resale or participation in autograph sessions. ・For smooth event flow, please understand that guests with multiple bookings in the same time slot may be guided to the front of the line. ・If you have multiple bookings for the same time, please arrive at the artist area before the start time.
Identity verification	On the day of the event, when entering the artist area, we will verify your identity with the following ID card with a face photo. ・Driver's license ・Passport ・Residence card or alien registration certificate ・Special permanent resident certificate ・Disability certificate ・Credit card with face photo ・Student ID with face photo ・Other ID documents with face photo Anything other than a photo ID, a photocopy, or an expired one cannot be used for redemption. We will refuse even if you do. Please note. 《If you do not have a photo ID, please bring the following items》 Two or more IDs that can confirm your name, such as an insurance card, employee ID, student ID without a photo, credit card, cash card, etc. *You cannot receive cashback with only 1 item. Please be sure to bring at least 2 items
Regarding autograph requests	・You can request up to 4 autographs per ticket. ・Only cards or play mats can be autographed. ・Autographs are only available for Magic: The Gathering cards or illustrations. ・It is not possible to autograph anything drawn by someone other than the artist themselves. ・You can request to autograph the playmat only on the plain white part. (Because the autograph other than plain white parts may not be visible.) ・Additional signatures, sketches, etc. will not be provided. We do not offer rewriting or follow-up services.
Notes	・This autograph session cannot be canceled. ・Photography of artists in the waiting area or around the area is strictly prohibited. ・Please follow the instructions of the management office and staff. ・It is mandatory to wear a mask in the autograph session area.
